Crown 30 Day Trial Program

One size does not fit all.  Try any model to ensure the stool purchased is the perfect fit.

Try it for free - Only pay shipping fee:
  • Within the US: $75.00 each way per stool ($150.00 total)
  • Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: $125.00 each way per stool ($250.00 total)
  • For local pick-up at the Crown Seating facility, a $150.00 handling deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded when the stool is returned.

Shipping or deposit charges will be billed to the credit card on file.

After your 30-day trial, you may either purchase the demo stool—receiving a credit for your return shipping—or return the stool. If you decide to purchase the demo unit or buy a new stool within two weeks of returning the demo, we’ll work with your dealer to provide a special discount.

30 Days

The trial period is no more than 30 days from the date the demo is received.

Up to 2

Customers can demo up to TWO stools at a time.

Shipping & Handling

Customer is responsible for shipping & handling both ways; to and from CrownSeating, prior to stool production. (Stools shipped unassembled, however no tools required.)

Keep the box

Keep the original box and packaging materials to avoid liability for packing materials and damages in case of return.

Keep or Return

If the stool is not returned in 30 days the customer will be charged FULL retail by Crown Seating or the Authorized dealer.

High quality

Demo stools are exclusively available in quality black vinyl only, and all saddle stools will include SereneGel foam.

Changes

For different colors, fabrics, or upgrades, customers should contact their dealer to place an order with Crown Seating.

Exclusion

This program excludes the C20 Series.
